Becoming Invisible is a reading by the artist from his book of the same name. The text explains how to disappear from view using a technique derived from the literature of Roscrucianism, theosophy and esoteric yoga. It describes how, through visualisation and breathing exercises, the listener will be able to first split light into its constituent parts and then recombine the seven colours of the spectrum to form a glowing white cloud that envelops its creator.

The record is, in part, homage to the spoken word records produced by the AMORC Rosicrucians of California through the 1960's and 70's. These featured the Rosicrucian Imperator Ralph M. Lewis reading a series of texts and ritual instructions with titles such as The Science of Mysticism and Cosmic Consciousness.
